Call 1-800-GIVE LIFE (800-448-3543) or 503-284-1234 or visit Pacific Northwest Regional Blood Services and then go to the link in the upper right-hand corner.
Donations take approximately one hour. Donors must be 17 years or older, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health.

Donors are encouraged to eat and drink a healthy meal at least four hours before donating. A healthy person can donate blood every 56 days (approximately six times a year).
